Unfortunately BC Labs LLC cannot except any returns nor offer any refunds for any of our products. All sales are final. Please read our Private Label Agreement thoroughly before purchasing any of our private label products.
We ship all orders via USPS and UPS. Once processed, your order will be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are weight-based. Carrier shipping rates may vary from day to day.
Shipping Time Frame:
UPS Standard Shipping - Service could take 2-10 business days for delivery
FedEx Standard Shipping - Service could take 2-10 business days for delivery
USPS Standard Shipping - Service could take 5-14 business days for delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We DO NOT make address adjustments unless we are notified. Please verify that you enter the correct address before finalizing your order. We ARE NOT responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped are not able to change the address. We will not be responsible for undeliverable packages.
Order Processing Times:
Please allow 3-6 weeks (not including weekends) to process your sample kit order, (holidays and weekends are not included in this time frame). For bulk products please allow 6-8 weeks (not including weekends) for order processing. Shipping is usually 2-7 business days. Orders submitted on weekends are generally processed on Mondays. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our warehouse.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
If a package is returned to BC LABS LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. BC LABS LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
BC LABS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, BC LABS LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
We offer two different insurance add-on options for each product. Insurance add-ons are non-refundable.
BCL Insurance: This covers items that are lost or damaged in transit. If you purchase this insurance, and your items are lost or damaged in transit, we will not be able to refund the order, however we will replace those items at no additional charge with proper documentation and proof. You MUST purchase insurance for EVERY item that you purchase in order for them to be covered, if you purchase insurance for only one item and not ALL items, the other items are NOT going to be covered. Insurance will only cover the items that the insurance is purchased for.
UPS Insurance: This covers items that are lost or damaged in transit, if you purchase this insurance, and your items are lost or damaged in transit you will need to contact UPS directly to file a claim, we will NOT be responsible for lost or damaged items due to transit if you do not purchase BCL Insurance. You MUST purchase insurance for EVERY item that you purchase in order for them to be covered, if you purchase insurance for only one item and not ALL items, the other items are NOT going to be covered. Insurance will only cover the items that the insurance is purchased for.
If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, upon purchasing BCL Insurance, we will gladly replace the items with proper documentation and proof. We ask that you send us an email to email@example.com. Once your goods have arrived, you will have 2 days to report any issues to us in order to have them replaced. If the 2 day period is up, you will need to file a claim with the carrier in order to have them process your claim.
***No refunds, replacements or credits will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in an order.***
Items not in Stock:
Due to high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.
Dream Box Kit Orders
When you place a dream box kit order on our site, you agree to the following:
· Order processing may take 3-6 weeks (not including weekends), this does NOT include shipping, which may take an additional 2-5 business days to receive. In some cases, sample kits can take a little longer depending on inventory.
All orders are subject to being held until your funds have been received. We reserve the right to cancel any order that we feel violates our terms and conditions. With credit card transactions, if the Bill To and Ship To are not the same, at our discretion, we will request a Credit Card Authorization Form to be submitted to us, along with a copy of the Bill To party's Credit Card and Driver’s License for orders to be shipped, otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
If the shipping fee happens to be more than what you paid upon placing your order, you agree that we can bill your method of payment for the remaining shipping charge. We will send you a notice via email communication in advance. If you do not agree with this, we reserve the right to cancel the entire order.
There will be absolutely NO refunds given on digital products.
All sales are final. No refunds will be given on any private label order or sample kit order. Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately we are unable to accept returns once the product(s) have shipped. Upon purchasing products from BC Labs LLC, we advise you to understand that these products are used at your own discretion. You must do your own research on all items that you decide to purchase from us. BC Labs LLC cannot and will not be held responsible for any damages to property or for any physical effects, bodily harm, or injury caused by inadequate knowledge or misuse of a product.
The contents of our website have not been evaluated by the FDA. The information obtained from our site or services is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The consumer of the product is solely responsible for complying will any and all laws as well as regulations including and not limited to the use of the products and intellectual property rights of third parties. BC Labs LLC strongly recommends small lab scale testing for evaluation purposes prior to full commercial manufacturing.
BC Labs LLC strives to maintain low prices, however they are subject to change at any time as we reserve that right. Prices do not include sales tax, shipping & handling charges.
Client Service Agreement
All communication will be done via email or by phone. Most projects if not all will require a signed document stating that the client understand the agreement and service taking place. We strive to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours.
Once your project has been started, please keep in mind that additional communication may need to take place throughout the entire process of completing your project. If you have any questions about your project we are available to assist you by sending us an email to email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Payment must be received before a project has been started. Payments are due within 24 hours of requesting service otherwise, service is subject to cancellation.
Terms and Conditions Revisions
We may revise and update our Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. Your continued use of our website following the posting of our revised Terms and Conditions means that you accept and agree to any changes. We advise you to check our Terms and Conditions each time you visit our site as our terms are binding to you when you accept any product or service from us.
